The construction of 12 new council homes at Crosswells Road, Oldbury being a mix of two and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows on a former council depot.

The new housing development will deliver 12 new council homes for affordable rent. The scheme is being funded by Sandwell Council with grant funding from Homes England.

The project management is being undertaken by the council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships. Construction is being delivered by Seddon Construction Limited with completion anticipated March 2025.

Once complete, the properties will be managed by the council and let in line with the housing allocations policy.
