The new Neighbourhood Board will bring together local residents, businesses, community groups, young people, elected councillors, and the local MP to oversee the Tividale Pride in Place Programme.
Tividale has been selected to benefit from up to £20 million in Government funding through the Pride in Place programme. This funding will support local improvements chosen by the people who live and work in Tividale.
A new Tividale Neighbourhood Board is being established to bring together local residents, businesses, community groups, young people, elected councillors, and the local MP to oversee the programme and decide how the funding should be used to address the priorities of local people.
Over the next 12 months, the Board will:
- Talk with local people
- Create a plan to improve the area
- Decide how the money should be spent
Applications are invited from individuals and organisations who would like to be considered for membership of the Tividale Neighbourhood Board. The Board will oversee delivery of the Tividale Pride in Place Programme.
