Britannia Park Open Day - Free family fun
When: Sunday 8 March 2026, 11am to 3pm
Commuinties are invited to Britannia Park on Sunday 8 March to explore the fantastic upgrades. Supported by your local councillors, this celebration is the perfect chance to bring along your family, friends and neighbours and discover the park's transformation.
Free activities and entertainment throuhout the day:
- Small children’s fair
- Climbing wall
- Youth Bus
- Tennis coaching sessions
- Craft showcase at the nearby Sons of Rest Community Centre
- Sandwell service teams offering advice, activities and information
- Light refreshments at the nearby Sons of Rest Community Centre
This is in addition to the park's offering of:
- Toddler play area
- Junior play area
- Tennis Courts
- Muli-Use Games Area (MUGA)
- Skatepark
- Beech Tree maze
- Sport pitches
