As part of the Council House New Build Programme, the development of 8 new council homes for affordable rent, was completed in May 2025.
The scheme was funded by Sandwell Council with grant funding from Homes England. The design and project management was undertaken by the council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships with construction being delivered by Seddon Construction Limited.
The properties will be managed by the council and allocated in accordance with the housing allocations policy. All homes have now been advertised through choice based lettings and successfully allocated.
