This scheme is complete!

The new housing development, completed under the Council House New Build Programme, has delivered six four-bedroom homes at Whitgreave Street, improving the appearance of the surrounding area and has bought unused land back into use providing new affordable homes to the local community.

The scheme was funded by Sandwell Council with with grant funding from Homes England.

The design and project management was undertaken by the council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships. Construction was undertaken by SWG Construction.

The properties will be managed by the council and allocated in accordance with the Housing Allocations Policy. All homes have now been advertised through Choice Based Lettings and successfully allocated.
