This scheme is complete!

As part of the Council House New Build Programme, the new housing development at West End Avenue in Smethwick has delivered 11 new council homes, comprising a mix of two- and four-bedroom houses.

Funded by the council with grant support from Homes England, the scheme was designed and project managed by the council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team, with programme management provided through Housing Partnerships. Construction was carried out by TR Partnership Homes.

The properties will be managed by the council and allocated in accordance with the Housing Allocations Policy.

All homes have now been advertised through Choice Based Lettings and successfully allocated.
