The delivery of 6 new council homes at Highams Close, Rowley Regis all being four-bedroom houses for affordable rent.
The new housing development will deliver 6 new council four-bedroom homes for affordable rent. The scheme is being funded by Sandwell Council with grant funding from Homes England.
The design and project management is being undertaken by the council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships. Construction is being delivered by Welch and Phillips Building Contractor with completion anticipated September 2024.
Once complete, the properties will be managed by the council and let in line with the housing allocations policy. Properties will be let at an affordable rent by the Council and advertised through Choice Based Lettings approximately 6-8 weeks before they are completed.
