This scheme is complete!

The new housing development, completed under the Council House New Build Programme, delivered a total of 20 new council homes for affordable rent being a mix of houses and bungalows and was funded by Sandwell Council.

The design and project management was undertaken by the council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships. Construction was delivered by J Harper & Sons (Leominster) Limited.

The properties will be managed by the council and allocated in accordance with the Housing Allocations Policy. All homes have now been advertised through Choice Based Lettings and successfully allocated.
