As part of the Council House New Build Programme, the development of 10 new council homes, a mix of two and four-bedroom houses at Britannia Road completed in June 2023.

The design and project management was undertaken by the Sandwell Council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships. Construction was delivered by Seddon Construction Limited and is now complete.

The properties will be managed by the council and allocated in accordance with the Housing Allocations Policy. All homes have now been advertised through Choice Based Lettings and successfully allocated.
