This scheme is complete!

As part of the Council House New Build Programme, the development of 18 new council homes, a mix of two-bedroom bungalows and one-bedroom apartments completed in June 2025.

The scheme was funded by the council with grant funding from Homes England. The design and project management was undertaken by the council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships.

Construction was completed by J Harper & Sons (Leominster) Limited.

The properties will be managed by the council and allocated in accordance with the Housing Allocations Policy.

All homes have now been advertised through Choice Based Lettings and successfully allocated.
