The new housing development will deliver a total of 18 new council homes being a mix of two-bedroom bungalows and one-bedroom apartments.

The scheme is being funded by the council with grant funding from Homes England. The design and project management is being undertaken by the council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships.

Construction is being delivered by J Harper & Sons (Leominster) Limited with completion anticipated September 2024. Once complete, the properties will be managed by the council and let in line with the housing allocations policy.
