Highams Close Housing Development

The delivery of six new council homes at Highams Close, Rowley Regis all being four-bedroom houses for affordable rent.

This scheme is complete!

This housing development, completed under the Council House New Build Programme, has delivered six new council four-bedroom homes for affordable rent. The scheme was funded by Sandwell Council with grant funding from Homes England.

The design and project management was undertaken by the council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships. Construction of the new homes was delivered by Welch and Phillips Building Contractor.

The properties will be managed by the council and allocated in accordance with the Housing Allocations Policy.

All homes have now been advertised through Choice Based Lettings and successfully allocated.
