Coppice Street Housing Development
The provision of 10 new council homes at Coppice Street, West Bromich, being a mix of two-bedroom bungalows and two- and five-bedroom houses.
This new housing development will bring previously vacant land back into use and will consist of a mix of two-bedroom houses and bungalows as well as five-bedroom houses to accommodate the needs of larger families.
The design and project management was undertaken by the council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships.
Construction is being completed by Interclass.
The properties will be managed by the council and allocated in accordance with the Housing Allocations Policy.
