Hawes Lane Housing Development

The delivery of 15 new council-owned affordable homes on a vacant council-owned site, comprising a mix of one- to four-bedroom houses, bungalows, and apartments.

As part of the Council House New Build Programme, the development of 15 new council homes will provide much-needed affordable housing on an underutilised site.

Project management is being delivered by the Council’s in-house Urban Design & Building Services Team, with programme management provided through Housing Partnerships. Construction is being undertaken by TR Partnership Homes Limited.

The homes are being constructed using traditional masonry techniques and incorporates sustainable technologies, including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Solar Photovoltaic (PV) panels, aligning with the Sandwell Council's environmental and energy-efficiency objectives.

Once complete, the properties will be owned and managed by the Council and allocated in accordance with the Housing Allocations Policy.
