As part of the Council House New Build Programme, the new housing development on Albion Road and Bull Lane, West Bromwich has delivered five new council homes being a mix of two bedroom bungalows and four-bedroom houses. The scheme is funded by Sandwell Council with grant funding from Homes England.
The design and project management was undertaken by the Sandwell Council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships. Construction was delivered by J Harper & Sons Limited and is now complete.
The properties will be managed by the council and allocated in accordance with the Housing Allocations Policy.
All homes have now been advertised through Choice Based Lettings and successfully allocated.
